This policy covers what we collect when you use this site or contact us, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. We are Brink Productions, an event production company based in Rapid City, SD.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form, we collect what you type into it:

• Your name and phone number, which are required
• Your email address, event date, service interest, and city or venue, if you provide them
• Anything you write in the event details field
• Which page the inquiry came from, so we know what you were reading

We also collect standard analytics through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, quote your event, and coordinate the production if you book us. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Text messaging

Consent

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your event inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can work with us entirely by phone and email if you prefer.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your event and where you are in planning it. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at (605) 381-8290 or sales@brinkproductions.co.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else touches your information

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business. They only receive what they need to do their job:

• Our email delivery provider, which transmits inquiry notifications to us
• Google Analytics, for aggregated site usage
• Our website host

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to. We will not do so otherwise.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block or delete these through your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for your event and our business records. If you would like your information deleted, ask us and we will do it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will handle it. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
