What this site is

This site describes the event production services we offer and lets you send us an inquiry. Prices and package descriptions shown here are starting points for a conversation. They are not offers and they are not quotes.

Inquiries are not bookings

Sending an inquiry does not reserve your date and does not create a contract between us. A date is only held once we have agreed on scope in writing and you have signed our agreement and paid any retainer it specifies. Until then the date remains available to other clients.

Pricing

Any price on this site is a starting point that assumes a typical event of that type. What your event actually costs depends on the venue, the guest count, the travel involved, and what the day actually needs. We will give you a real number after we have talked. Prices on this site may change.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive messages from us about your event inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Our handling of this information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

Anything you send us through the form should be accurate and should be yours to send. Do not submit other people's personal information without their knowledge.

Our content

The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to us. Event photography on this site is from events we have produced. Please do not reuse it without asking. Venue names appearing on this site are used to describe where we work, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those venues unless we say so explicitly.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep the details on this site correct, including the venue and location information. Conditions change, venues change their policies, and permit requirements get updated. Nothing here is a guarantee about a third party's property or rules. Confirm anything critical with the venue directly.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any obligation we take on in a signed services agreement with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version.
