What is included

What you get

Homecoming, prom, winter formal, and grand march. Every track is vetted before the date, the volume stays where your chaperones can still talk at the edges of the room, and the floor stays busy without anyone having to beg students onto it.

  • Clean edit versions only, with every track vetted before the date
  • Song list reviewed with your advisor or student committee ahead of time
  • Volume held at a level chaperones and the building can live with
  • A PA aimed and tuned for gym acoustics rather than just turned up
  • Dance floor lighting that fills the space without strobing all night
  • Announcements for court, coronation, and grand march
  • Setup finished before doors open
  • Teardown after the last student has left the building
  • A certificate of insurance sent to the district on request
  • One staff point of contact from booking through load out

How we work

Our approach

01

We vet the music before the date, not during the dance

Clean edit is not the same as radio edit, and a lot of what students request has a clean version that still has content a school is not going to want on its speakers. We go through the list with your advisor or committee ahead of time, flag anything questionable, and settle it before the night rather than making a judgment call in front of four hundred students.

02

We treat the gym as the acoustic problem it is

A gym is a hard reflective box with a ceiling built for basketball. Pointing a bigger system at it makes the far corners worse, not better. We aim and tune the system to cover the floor where the students actually are, which is how you get a dance that sounds good on the floor and does not shake the offices down the hall.

03

We work with one point of contact

School events have a lot of people with an opinion and usually one person actually responsible. We work through that person from booking to load out. Contracts, insurance certificates, the music list, the run of show for grand march, and the load in time all go through one channel so nothing gets decided twice.

What we bring

On the truck

We size the system to your room and your guest count rather than rolling the same rig into every job.

  • A PA sized and aimed for gym or commons acoustics
  • Subwoofers positioned to keep energy on the floor and off the walls
  • Wireless handheld microphones for announcements and coronation
  • Dance floor lighting on stands or truss, run from the booth
  • A DJ controller with a backup laptop ready to take over
  • Cable management and matting for high traffic student areas
  • Clean edit library vetted in advance with your advisor

Questions

What people ask us

How do you handle explicit music?

Clean edits only, with the list reviewed by your advisor before the date. If a student requests something during the dance that is not on the approved list, we either have a clean version we have already vetted or we do not play it. We do not make that call live in front of the room.

Can students submit requests ahead of time?

Yes, and it works better than requests on the night. We will take a list from the committee, go through it with your advisor, and come back with anything we flagged. Students get their music and the school knows exactly what is going to play.

Do you do grand march?

Yes. Grand march needs someone reading names correctly and pacing the walk so photos work and the line does not stack up. We run it off the list you give us, and we will do a pronunciation pass with your advisor beforehand so we get every name right.

Can you send an insurance certificate to our district?

Yes, that is routine. Send us the district's requirements and who the certificate needs to name, and we will get it over before your deadline.
