How this works
We talk first
Every wedding we produce starts with a conversation, because no two should feel the same. We ask about the room, the crowd, what you want people doing at nine o'clock, and what you absolutely do not want to hear.
Then we build the timeline with you and your coordinator and make sure everyone working your day has the same version of it. Most of the moments that go sideways at a wedding go sideways because two vendors were working off different schedules.
On the day we show up early, check everything twice, and read the room all night. A playlist written three months out cannot know what your crowd actually wants at 9:15. Your job is to enjoy your wedding. Ours is everything else.

Ceremony Essentials

Couples who need the ceremony handled and nothing more.
This covers the part of the day where the audio has to be right and there is no second take. Prelude music as guests are seated, processional and recessional run to your timing, and a microphone setup that means the back row hears the vows as clearly as the front row does. Some couples pair this with a reception they are running themselves, and some are having a small day where a full production would be more than the event needs.

Ceremony through last dance, with the timeline handled so you are not the one keeping it moving. We plan the music with you ahead of the date, run the ceremony audio, cover cocktail hour and dinner, MC the introductions and toasts, and run the dance floor with lighting on it. This is the version of the day where you hand us the schedule and stop thinking about it.

Larger weddings, bigger rooms, and days with more moving parts.
Everything in the full production package, plus the pieces that larger events need: a bigger system for a bigger room, a fuller lighting design built from photos of your actual venue, a photo booth running through the reception, and a second set of hands on site so nothing waits on one person. Couples with a long guest list, a complicated venue, or a day split across two locations tend to land here.
