Private Parties and Celebrations

Sized to your event, not scaled down from a wedding

What is included

What you get

Graduations, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, and holiday parties. We bring the system the event actually needs, which for a backyard party is a lot less than what we would roll into a ballroom.

  • Music matched to the actual crowd, not a stock party playlist
  • A PA sized to the space, from a backyard to a rented hall
  • A wireless microphone for toasts, speeches, and roasts
  • Dance floor lighting when there is dancing, and none when there is not
  • Background music at a level people can talk over
  • Timeline support for the moments that matter to you
  • Setup and teardown scheduled around your day
  • Outdoor and no power options for yard and acreage events

How we work

Our approach

01

We size it to the event

A graduation party for fifty people in a backyard does not need a wedding rig, and putting one there makes the party worse rather than better. We ask about the space, the head count, and whether people are dancing or talking, then bring what fits. Nobody should be paying for a system that overwhelms their own event.

02

We ask who is actually in the room

A sixtieth birthday and a graduation party want completely different music, and a family reunion spans both. We ask who is coming and what they are going to respond to, then plan around that rather than running a generic party playlist at whoever shows up.

03

We settle the volume and the end time up front

Residential events have neighbors and rented halls have hard end times. We agree on outdoor volume and a cutoff before the date and then hold to it, so nobody is having an awkward conversation at ten thirty. It is a small thing that keeps a good night from ending badly.

What we bring

On the truck

We size the system to your room and your guest count rather than rolling the same rig into every job.

  • Compact powered speakers for smaller rooms and yards
  • Full PA with subwoofers when there is real dancing
  • Wireless handheld microphone for toasts and speeches
  • Dance floor lighting on stands, only when there is a dance floor
  • A wireless mic that works the first time somebody picks it up for a toast
  • A DJ controller with a backup laptop
  • Cable management for residential and high traffic areas

Questions

What people ask us

Is there a minimum event size?

No. We run events from twenty people to several hundred. What changes is the system and the price, not whether we will take the job.

Will it be too loud for the neighbors?

Not if we plan it. We agree on outdoor volume and an end time with you before the date and then hold to it, so you are never the one walking over to ask us to turn it down. Yard events also let us aim the system at your guests rather than at the property line, which quietly solves most of it before it starts.

Do we need lighting for a private party?

Only if there is dancing. Lighting a room where people are eating and talking usually makes it feel less comfortable, not more. If the night turns into a dance floor, that is when it earns its place, and we can bring it and leave it off until then.

How late can you go?

As late as your venue or your neighbors allow. We agree on the end time before the date so it is a known thing rather than a negotiation at eleven o'clock. Rented halls usually set it for you and residential events we plan conservatively.
