Send us the run of show and we build the audio and playback plan around it: who speaks when, which video plays where, when the lights come down, and where the gaps are that music has to cover. If you do not have a run of show yet, we will help you build one.
We keep a wired microphone live at the podium as a backup and a second wireless in the room, because award nights mean a microphone moving between people who have never held one. Somebody on our crew watches every handoff. Set it and leave it is not production, it is a rental.
Certificates of insurance go out as part of booking. Tell us who it needs to name and by when.
