The program runs on time and everyone hears it

On the ground

This work in Hot Springs

Corporate work in Hot Springs is smaller banquets, community fundraisers, and organization dinners rather than conference programs. The rooms downtown are historic, which means real character alongside electrical service that predates anything we do, so we confirm what is available rather than assume. A program here usually needs a working microphone, clean playback, and somebody watching it. We scope your event to that honestly.

Conditions in Hot Springs

Hot Springs sits lower and warmer than the rest of the hills, which stretches your outdoor season on both ends and makes late spring and early fall genuinely workable here when they are a gamble in Lead or Custer. Downtown is historic sandstone, so load in paths get confirmed rather than assumed. The open ground south and east of town is the windy part, and outdoor ceremony audio there gets planned for that as a matter of course rather than as a surprise. It is about an hour from Rapid City, so travel is in the schedule from the start and not a line that appears later.

How we work

Our approach

01

We work from your run of show

Corporate events live or die on the program. Send us the run of show and we build the audio and playback plan around it: who is speaking when, which video plays where, when the lights need to come down, and where the gaps are that music has to cover. If you do not have one yet, we will help you build it.

02

We plan for the microphone getting handed around

Award nights mean a microphone moving between people who have never held one. We set gain for that, keep a hardwired podium microphone live as a backup, and put a second wireless in the room so a dead battery is an inconvenience instead of a stoppage. Somebody on our crew is watching the handoffs all night.

03

We staff the board the whole time

Set it and leave it works until a presenter walks away from the podium or a video comes in twelve decibels hot. We keep a technician at the board from the first announcement to the last, because the whole point of hiring production is that somebody is paying attention when something changes.
